What is an escape room?

An escape room is an interactive game for people of all ages to enjoy. You will be placed in a themed room and given a back story with an objective to complete. You have 60 minutes to solve puzzles, clues, and activities while opening locks and doors in order to escape.

How do we book?

Click on our book now button. Choose the room you'd like to complete, date and time. Choose your players. Due to COVID all rooms are currently PRIVATE, meaning your group will be the only ones in the room. Complete the booking by paying $32 per person with a credit card. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Show up and have fun!

What if we all want to pay separate?

We currently offer "split payment" for any group that wishes to pay separate. When booking you will select the number of people in the booking, the room, the time, and go through to the payment input screen. There you will choose split payment and pay for the first person or group of people. You will get an email that can be forwarded to other members of your group. Beware, that if full payment is not received within 1 hour of your booking the original credit card will be charged the remainder.

What's the difference between Public and Private Rooms?

Public rooms are for any group of 2-8 people. A public room keeps the room open for others to book in with you, although this rarely happens. Private rooms have a $5 additional charge per person. If you wish to be the only people in the room, you can choose the private option, then book your escape. At this time ALL rooms are PRIVATE due to COVID.

What happens if I run out of time?

The time allowed for escape is 60 minutes. Many teams escape in the time frame allowed. However, if you are unable to escape in 60 minutes, you will be let out, as your game time has expired.

What should I bring with me?

Just your friends, family, or coworkers and the desire to have fun working together to escape. Smiles and a fun attitude are a recommendation!

Are there age requirements?

The escape room is designed for puzzles and clues to be solved. While there are no age restrictions, those under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult. With parental involvement and encouragement kids of all ages are welcome. We currently charge for all guests 5 years old and over.

Do I need any special skills, knowledge, or experience?

No. Escape rooms are suitable for anyone who is looking to have fun. No outside skills or knowledge is needed in the rooms. No force or heavy Lifting is required.

Can I walk-in without a reservation?

Reservations are made by appointment. If you walk in, we will do our best to accommodate you and find an open room and time slot. However, due to COVID we do highly encourage you to book online to ensure your time slot is available and we can practice appropriate social distancing procedures.

What if I'm late for my reservation?

We strongly encourage all members of at the group to arrive 15 minutes early (and please account for traffic) to fill out waiver and use the restroom. This is essential to ensure a fun experience for all. Given the timing of the rooms, arriving late effects all groups for the rest of the day.

What if I make a reservation, but need to cancel or make a change?

We offer a $5 upcharge per person, at the time of booking, should you feel you may need to cancel or reschedule. Purchase the add-on during booking and you can cancel or reschedule, at any time, no questions asked. 

Do you allow corporate or team building events?

Yes we do! Please contact us for corporate inquiries and special requests and we will do best to accommodate the date, time, and number of people.
